The length of the workshops varies depending on the programme offered. They can be half-day, full-day, or two-day workshops. A half-day workshop consists of approximately 3.5 hours of learning, a full-day workshop includes about 6 hours of learning, and a two-day workshop comprises 12 hours of learning. (Break times, where applicable, are not included in these durations.)
DCX Training is firmly of the opinion that customer service workshops yield the best results when conducted in person. Consequently, we do not offer these workshops in an online format at present.
We advise a maximum of 15 participants for our interactive workshops. The minimum number of attendees varies depending on the programme and the operational needs of each organization, but generally, we recommend at least 8 individuals for all workshops, with the exception of the Supervising Customer Service programme, which requires a minimum of 6 participants.
The cost of our customer service workshops varies based on several factors such as the number of participants, the type of workshop, and the location. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements, and we will provide a comprehensive proposal.
All participants who successfully complete our workshops will receive an eCertificate. In addition, we offer an eBook summarising the key learning points from the training for future reference. Upon request, we can also supply a magnetic WorldHost badge, signifying to your customers that your staff are trained to deliver the best customer experience possible at all times.
